Luna is currently experimenting with a number of different on-line communities to see which one best suits the needs of our users. These include Facebook, Twitter and, most recently, Tumblr.

Luna Facebook Page
http://www.facebook.com - our Facebook page. Also great for uploading pictures and maintaining an on-line archive but requires a Facebook account.

https://twitter.com/lunaastronomy - follow our tweets on Twitter. Twitter is fast becoming a very useful tool for up-to-the-minute information, exchanging news and just keeping in touch.
New! We now have a facility on the blogging service, Tumblr.com, which is a new approach to exchanging information currently taking over the internet. Find us on http://luna-astronomy.tumblr.com

Second Life
We're also experimenting with the virtual on-line world, Second Life. There's a lot of scientific and astronomical content within Second Life, not least of which is the excellent NASA site and a stunning re-creation of The Earl of Rosse's 72" telescope. It's free to join, easy to learn and a lot of fun.
